Gardaí have charged two men in connection with an investigation into reports of shots being fired at a location in Readstown, Summerhil in County Meath on Friday.
Officers also recovered a firearm and ammunition following a garda operation yesterday.
Two men - aged 19 and 31- were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act yesterday.
The 31-year-old man, who remains in garda custody, is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin tomorrow morning.
The 19-year-old man has been released from custody and is due to appear before Trim District Court at a later date.
