Ticketmaster will begin issuing refunds later this morning, to people who bought tickets to the planned Garth Brooks concerts at Croke Park, Dublin.

The company says all money will be refunded, including the service charges, going back onto to credit cards if that is how the tickets were purchased.

Last week, Ticketmaster announced they would defer refunds until this morning to give officials every opportunity to reach a resolution.
