Gardaí investigating the murder of Mikolaj Wilk in Cork have released three men who were arrested this week.
They were detained on Tuesday morning in Ballincollig following a series of searches.
The three men have since been released without charge, and a file is now being prepared for the DPP.
Gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
35-year-old Mikolaj Wilk died after a number of men attacked him at his home in Ballincollig on June 10th 2018.
His wife was also at home during the attack and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries in hospital.
The couple’s two young children and another woman in her early 30s were also in the house. They were not injured.
