If you're looking for something to inspire you today, these brothers' ridiculous determination should do the trick!
Hunter and Braden Gandee successfully completed a 40 mile walk yesterday to raise awareness for cerebal palsy.
14 year-old Hunter carried 7 year-old Braden, who is unable to walk without assistance due to the disease, for the entire journey. Accompanied by friends, family and well-wishers, they made their way through the city of Detroit, from Bedford Junior High to the University of Michigan.
ABC News reports that Hunter devised the plan as a way to give a face to the disease, practising with weights to prepare for the trek.
He has said that the walk was solely to raise awareness and that any donations should be sent to the University of Michigan’s Cerebral Palsy Research Consortium.
