After almost two decades of searches, the disappearances of Ciara Breen and Fiona Sinnott remain unresolved.
But with detectives resuming the search for Ms. Breen near Dundalk, it has also emerged that the family of Ms Sinnott have been conducting their own private dig at a location in Wexford, with two people coming forward with information.
Ms. Sinnott, who disappeared in 1998 after a night out with friends in her local pub, was just 19 years of age when she went missing.
