They are the basis of many a savoury dish - but to finely chop an onion correctly is not as easy as you'd think.
We asked Andrew Rudd of Medley Kitchens in Dublin to put his knife skills to good use and demonstrate how exactly you should slice an onion (without slicing your finger!).
