While asking for pictures from humanitarians to show what they take with them to war torn areas, The Guardian Global Development Professionals Network accidentally (we assume) tweeted this picture — sex toy included.
The aid worker who sent the photo to the newspaper for a gallery of supplies that relief workers pack on their missions, had no shame about the rubber sex toy: “We have to travel light here [in Afghanistan], so no luxuries,” he explained: “first aid kit, water filter, emergency rations, flesh light, sleeping bag, ground sheet, knife and distress beacon.”
The offending image was tweeted last night at 8pm and was re-tweeted over 650 times before the tweet was deleted over 12 hours later.
