GSOC reportedly investigating whether an armed detective was training a rugby team while on duty

Its claimed the Garda Siochana Ombudman Commission is investigating whether an armed Detective was training a rugby team while on duty.

The complaint was made by a member of the public who alleges the Garda was paid to coach the team and made little effort to conceal his firearm while on the training pitch.
