Isis bombs claim 107 casualties in Iraq
Two car bombs claimed by Islamic State have killed at least 32 people and wounded 75 others in the centre of the southern Iraqi city of Samawa.
The first blast was near a local government building and the second one about 60m away at a bus station, police sources said.
Coveney expects Government by Thursday
Senior figures in Fine Gael have said that they expect a new Government to be in place by Thursday of this week.

Fine Gael need six more TDs to support them before they can set up a minority-led administration.

Britain's Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William have released photographs of their new child to celebrate her first birthday on Monday.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as they are also known, released four images of Princess Charlotte at her home in Norfolk which were taken by Middleton earlier this month.
