The Taoiseach says it's up to the Greek Prime Minister to let the European Council know what they want from their European Counterparts.
Greece wants its €240 million bailout deal to end a move opposed by the Eurozone.
Talks by Finance ministers on the issue of Greek debt last night ended with out any agreement.
The bailed out country will run out of money in two weeks time if a deal can't be struck.
On his way into a meeting of the European Council talks the Taoiseach said - its now up to the Greek Prime minister Alexis Tsipras to let the other European nations know exactly what his country wants.
All 28 members of the EU met this afternoon, after a deferment of the summit was announced a short time ago.
