The northern parties resume talks in Belfast today aimed at finding a long term solution to the crisis in the peace process.

The talks centre around paramilitary activity and welfare reform.

Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan is co-chairing today's talks, and last night in the Dáil he urged all sides to play a constructive role in the negotiations:
