Cloud will increase through the day with outbreaks of rain, drizzle, sleet and snow developing over western counties this afternoon /evening, but remaining dry on the eastern side of the country. Highest temperatures of 4 to 6 degrees in light northerly breezes.

Frost again in the east of the country overnight with lowest temperatures of 0 to -2 degrees. Elsewhere it will be cloudy with some rain,drizzle, sleet and snow at times and temperatures between 0 an 3 degrees.
