The Energy Minister says he still hopes to sell off the Bord Gáis Energy business.
Pat Rabbitte's announced none of the bids for the business were of a high enough value - and he's blamed the difficult international trading environment in the energy sector.

It derails the coalition's plan to sell the non-transmission business in 2013 and invest the proceeds in job creation.
Pat Rabbitte says when the price is right he will sell:
The government had hoped that selling the business could bring in €1.5 billion for job creation, and to pay down the national debt.
