Two one-day strikes are planned by South Dublin County Council workers later this month.
The row is over pay cuts being imposed by management at the local authority.
The IMPACT union says management has reduced 13 workers wages, with plans to cut the pay of 150 more.

IMPACT claims the workers would still be expected to do the same work for lower pay.
Staff will down tools on the 24th and 26th of June with the union having served the notice to the Council.
