The prosecution in the trial of a man accused in the Omagh bombing case say gardaí have delayed handing over mobile phone evidence.
Seamus Daly (44) appeared in court today. Mr Daly appeared by video link from prison as the court was updated on legal issues.
He is being tried for 29 murders, after a 1998 Real IRA blast devastated the busy Co Tyrone market town.
A woman pregnant with twins and nine children were among the dead.
Phones used by the alleged bombers were being monitored by the security services on the day of the attack.
The prosecution has told Omagh Magistrates Court that gardaí had committed to providing the communications by today.
Officers will meet with the PSNI to discuss the matter next month.
The trial is set to resume on April 21st.
