Gardai have renewed their warning about radioactive material stolen recently in north Dublin. The seven lightning preventers were taken from a business premises at the end of September.

Gardai say the items are highly dangerous and that people should not approach or touch these items. They were taken after a burglary which happened in Swords over the weekend of 27th to 29th of September.

The Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland (RPII) has also renewed its appeal on Twitter.
