A group of anti austerity protesters occupied the Bank of Ireland on College Green in Dublin this afternoon.
Following a march in the city a group of around 30 people made their way inside the bank.
Gardai were called and they shut the scene off, also blocking the roads on college green for a time.

Around 30 public order gardai entered the bank and the protesters left a short time later.
There were no reports of any violence.
One protester told Newstalk: "It was a peaceful protest ... we just decided to try and bring attention to some serious issues that are happening with the country at the moment."
