The prosecution has finished calling evidence in the trial of Gail O'Rorke who is accused of assisting her friend's suicide.
The taxi driver from Kilclare Gardens, Tallaght denies helping to end the life of 51-year-old MS sufferer Bernadette Forde in June, 2011.
Gail O'Rorke was a carer and friend to Bernadette Forde who had multiple sclerosis and spent the last few years of her life in a wheelchair.
The jury's heard the 51 year old ended her life with a lethal dose of barbiturates bought online from Mexico.
Gail O'Rorke is accused of assisting her suicide in a number of ways including a charge that she attempted to make travel arrangements to Zurich where the Dignitas clinic is based.
The taxi driver told gardai that another woman Mary Lundy was present when the 51 year old swallowed the drugs at her Dublin 4 apartment.
Mary Lundy was arrested but had 'nothing to say' when asked about her alleged involvement.
The prosecution has finished calling evidence in the trial – the defence is now making an application in the absence of the jury who will return to court tomorrow.
