The plans were due to be published this evening, a week before the second anniversary of the evacuation of the Donaghmede apartment complex due to fire safety concerns but the Environment Minister says the residents have asked for an opportunity to consider the proposals carefully.

Minister Phil Hogan says to respect the wishes of the residents, details of the proposed Framework will not be made public at this stage.”

Minister Hogan says he believes the proposals are 'a fair and reasonable outcome' and 'they will give Priory Hall owners an opportunity to get on with their lives'.

The Minister says the proposals will ensure that Priory Hall is refurbished into a 'desirable, high quality, safe location by Dublin City Council'.

Graham Usher is a spokesperson for the Priory Hall residents.
