The BBC is reporting that the President of Burundi will be sworn in today, a week earlier than expected.
It comes after the European Union expressed concerns about his recent election in the African nation, calling into question its credibility and inclusiveness.
The African Union and the US State Department have also said they could not consider the vote to be legitimate.

At least 100 people have been killed since Pierre Nkurunziza announced in April he would run for a third term.
In May there was an attempted coup against his administration, and violent protests continue.
