Penneys, which trades as Primark outside of the Republic of Ireland, has opened its second shop in the United States.
The store, located at the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania follows the opening of its Boston flagship outlet in September.
The new store was opened by Irish Ambassador to the US, Dr Anne Anderson, and brings the total number of Primark stores to 297 across 10 countries.
Commenting on the opening, Primark chief executive Paul Marchant said: "We are thrilled to launch our second US store in such a premier retail location as the King of Prussia Mall".
