Electronics giant Panasonic is to move its European headquarters from the UK due to Brexit.
Nikkei says the company will move from London to Amsterdam in October "to avoid potential tax issues" linked to the UK's exit from the European Union.
The CEO of Panasonic Europe, Laurent Abadie, says the firm was considering the move for 15 months.
He adds that the move will also help to avoid barriers to the flow of people and goods.
Abadie was speaking at the IFA 2018, a leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, in Berlin.
Panasonic marked the 100th anniversary of its founding back in March.
The firm has a global employee headcount of almost 275,000 - with assets in consumer electronics, housing and the automotive industry.
In a statement, quoted by the BBC, Panasonic Europe says it is transferring its regional headquarters for several reasons, including "improved efficiency and cost competitiveness".
It says "fewer than approximately 10" people would be affected out of a staff of 30.
