Over half of the respondents to a new opinion poll say they don't trust any of the current party leaders to fight for their interests.

The Behaviour and Attitudes poll for The Sun was conducted over the weekend and finds that both the Taoiseach and Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams are on 13 per cent - while Fianna Fáil's Micheal Martin and Labour's Eamon Gilmore trail on 10 and 5 per cent respectively.

However a massive 56 per cent say they don't trust any of the established political leaders - while almost one in three say they don't support any of the current political groups in the Dáil.
