An idea for a new book on dyslexia is in the making. Creator, Sam Barclay, wondered what it was like to have the condition so embarked on a journey to try and visually show this.

Although Sam felt that people with dyslexia were getting enough help, he also found himself wondering why more effort wasn't made to help people without dyslexia understand what it’s really like to suffer from it.

"Great effort has been made to provide tools aimed at improving a persons reading but very little has been done to give those around them an understanding of what it really feels like to struggle in such a way."

The book aims to provide the reader with a beautiful, design led experience of what it feels like to struggle with reading.

The project is a Kickstarter project, which means its ready to go to print but currently lacks the funding. Barclay is trying to raise the funds needed to get the project off the ground.
