Growing numbers of single women are opting to have fertility treatment to start a family by themselves.

Research by the UK's Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority shows 632 women had IVF treatment in 2012, compared to 259 in 2007.

Experts worry about the impact on the children and the breakdown of the traditional family.
