Mild and mostly cloudy this morning with scattered outbreaks of rain, locally heavy and misty in places also.

Drier brighter, fresher weather with sunny spells and scattered showers will spread into western areas this afternoon and the rain in eastern areas will break up into showers also. 

Clouding over again this evening in southwestern parts. 

Moderate to fresh southerly winds will become moderate southwesterly this afternoon with highest temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees, highest in eastern areas.

Tonight

Some clear periods early tonight but damp misty conditions with patchy rain in the southwest will gradually spread northeastwards overnight.

Overnight lows will range from 7 or 8 degrees in northern areas to 11 or 12 degrees in the southwest.
