Mist and fog will clear gradually this morning, giving way to a dry day, with a few bright or brief sunny spells, but mostly cloudy.
There is a small chance of a few spots of drizzle on north or northwest coasts at first.
Maximum temperatures 8 to 11 degrees, in light westerly or variable breezes.
Tonight
Tonight will remain mostly dry, with slack winds, but a few patches of mist or fog may develop.
Minimum temperatures 2 to 5 degrees generally, but values could fall close to freezing in one or two spots in parts of Munster and south Leinster where any breaks in cloud occur.
