One of the world's most infamous properties is about to go on sale.

Neverland Ranch, the home of Michael Jackson from 1988 until 2003, has been listed at $100m, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The 2,700 acre site, now owned by the late singer's estate and Colony Capital, contains a ferris wheel, carousel, pirate ship, roller coasters, two small trains and other amusement rides.

Jackson left the estate in 2005 following his acquittal on charges of child molestation. He said he no longer felt at home because of a massive police raid conducted find evidence against him.

The estate, lying 150 miles north of Los Angeles, was built in 1981 by property developer William Bone, who called it Sycamore Valley Ranch.
