A 24-year-old man has been arrested after an armed robbery in Kildalkey, Co Meath yesterday.
At around 5:45pm yesterday evening, two men armed with a hand gun and an iron bar went into the shop and threatened staff.
They left the premises with a sum of cash.

However, no shots were fired and no one was physically injured.
It is believed the men were driven from the scene in a waiting car.
A man was arrested in Navan just after midnight last night, and a car has been seized.
He is is being held at Trim garda station.
