McLaren has revealed its 570S Coupé, which the manufacturer tells us “shares its DNA with the McLaren Super Series and Ultimate Series that sit above it in the range hierarchy”.
As the name would suggest the 570S Coupé offers a power output of 570PS (563bhp) and will give drivers 0-100km/h in an incredible 3.2 seconds. Getting to 200km/h will take a mere 9.5 seconds and the top speed is a whopping 328km/h. This power comes from a 3.8litre V8 twin turbo engine called M838TE.
This new sports car will be shown to the public for the first time at the 115th New York International Auto Show. The 570S Coupé will be the first body style reveal of the Sports Series and McLaren tells us that it highlights the “latest evolution of the McLaren design philosophy.”
