One man has been released following his arrest in connection with the murders of Eoin O'Connor and Anthony Keegan from Dublin.

A file has is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Another man remains in garda custody, following his arrest in Co Cavan yesterday.

The two friends' bodies from Coolock were found on an island in Lough Sheelin on the Cavan/Meath border last month.

They were reported missing after leaving Dublin for a meeting in Cavan on April 22nd.
