A man in has appeared in court after three members of the force were injured in County Louth yesterday morning.

The Gardai received the injuries in a scuffle during a drugs raid on a house in Termonfeckin at around 9am.

They were taken to hospital but were discharged shortly afterwards.

A 39-year-old has appeared before the The Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin charged in connection with the incident.
