A man in his 50s has died in an industrial accident in County Wexford.

Gardaí said they are investigation the circumstances of the death, which happened in the early hours of this morning at Larkin’s Cross.

The man’s body has been removed to Wexford General Hospital where a post-mortem is due to take place.

Garda crime scene investigators are currently at the scene.

The Health and safety Authority has been notified and a file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Court.
