Gardaí in Dublin are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash yesterday evening.

A man (36) died when his motorbike hit a parked car on Carysfort Avenue in Blackrock.

It happened at 4:40pm yesterday evening.

The man was taken to St Vincent's Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Garda forensic collision investigators carried out an examination at the scene.
