For all the political strife going on as Russia faces off against the west, we should stop and take a moment to appreciate the country's greatest addition to contemporary culture - their unwavering dedication to the dashcam. 

Were it not for a camera mounted to their cruisers, we'd have missed out on perilous pedestrians, weapon-wielding road rage, and meteorites smashing into the Tundra.

And now this - the most fortuitously timed reversing out of a garage in the middle of a tornado you're likely to see today. 

Note, LiveLeak reports that the video's Dashcam date is incorrect, and that the tornado tore through the Bashkortostan region of Russia last week.
