A man has been arrested in connection with a carjacking and assault in in Dublin over a week ago.
The man in his 30s was arrested yesterday evening in the city centre.
This incident took place outside the Argyle House apartment complex in Ballsbridge on April 21st.
Liz Turley was entering the code for the electronic gates at around 2pm when a man and a woman attempted to steal her 'Ford Focus' car.
What she tried to stop them she was knocked unconscious and had to be hospitalised.
The car was discovered the following day, but no was arrested until yesterday evening. A man in his 30s was brought to Irishtown garda station for questioning.
The suspect can be held for up to 24 hours.
