A man arrested earlier in connection with the murder of Paul McCauley in Derry has been released without charge.
The 38-year-old died last month in a care facility almost 9 years after he was attacked by a group of up to 15 people at a barbecue at a house on the Chapel Road in Derry, on July 15th 2006.
One man has been charged with his murder.

The 46-year-old man has been released pending a report to the North's Public Prosecution Service while a 27-year-old detained in the Waterside remains in custody.
