A man has been arrested in connection with a murder in Co Donegal three years ago.

Andrew Allen was shot dead in Buncrana in February 2012.

Republican Action Against Drugs said it carried out the murder. No-one has ever been convicted for the killing.

Gardai confirmed that a man his 30s was arrested in Buncrana this afternoon and is being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act.
