The Health Minister says it wouldn't be right to change the Government's abortion legislation based on "one case".
Leo Varadkar was commenting on the case of "Ms Y", the suicidal migrant who was refused a termination and later gave birth by C-Section.
There have been repeated calls for the Government to re-examine the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act or even hold another Abortion Referendum.
The Minister said it seems that the Act itself was not invoked in Ms Y's case because she didn't present to a Doctor until she was 25 weeks pregnant.
