It has been announced today by Automobili Lamborghini that the third model in its product range will be a luxury SUV. It is planned that the SUV will be ready for markets during 2018. In 2012 Lamborghini presented the car as a concept called Urus at the Beijing Auto Show.

The machine will be produced in Italy at their plant in Sant’Agata Bolognese. CEO and President of Automobili Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, said, “This is a proud moment for everybody in Lamborghini. The introduction of a third model line endorses the stable and sustainable growth of the company and signifies for us the beginning of a new era. The new SUV will be made in Sant’Agata Bolognese, demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding the values of ‘Made in Italy’ worldwide.”
