Garda whistleblower John Wilson is among three people who have been arrested at an estate in Cavan town.

It happened during a water demonstration earlier today.

Up to 20 residents gathered at Kilnavara Crescent, and formed a blockade.

It is alleged they occupied the meter work stations and refused to move.

This resident told Northern Sound News what he saw.
