A suspect has been shot and five people have been injured after an attack on pedestrians in Jerusalem, reports say.
The attacker is presumed dead after a car was said to have rammed pedestrians standing near a tram stop.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said the incident happened close to a border police station on the line separating west and east Jerusalem.
He added that "heightened security continues in Jerusalem" after the attack.
Police are treating the incident as a suspected terror attack.
The Palestinian driver got out of the vehicle and attempted to stab passersby before being shot and wounded by a security guard, police added.
Israeli media are reporting that the injured are female border patrol officers and they have suffered "moderate" and "light" injuries.
