The Irish man who died in East Africa has been named locally as Govan Jolliffe-Byrne.
The 20-year-old was travelling in Tanzania died following a fall outside a nightclub.
He had been backpacking in the region since June and was due to return home within the next few weeks.

His local GAA club Naomh Mearnog tweeted their condolences, saying he was everyone's friend and will never be forgotten.
A spokesperson from the Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that they are providing consular assistance to the man’s family.
