Hassle.com, a site and app which was co-founded by Irish woman, Jules Coleman has been acquired by German rival Helping in a deal that is reported to be worth €32m.

Users can book local vetted cleaners at short notice online or through the company's smartphone app.

When it partners with Helping the service will be available in 14 markets, including Dublin, London, Berlin and Paris.

Hassle is currently the market leader in the UK and Ireland.

Helping founder Benedikt Franke commented on the deal:

Tech.eu said the acquisition is worth €32m and comprised of a mix of stocks and cash.

Given its strong reputation, Hassle will continue to use the same name and branding.

Helpling is just over a year old, and known to have raised €56.5m and received the backing of a number of high-profile investors.
