Ireland bailout was comprised of two separate three-year deals.
The deal with the ECB and European Commission was signed a week before a separate deal with the IMF.
The European deal wrapped up last Sunday - and the IMF one finishes today.
Enda Kenny will make a live address to the nation this evening to explain the plan of action for rebuilding the Irish economy after the Troika leaves.
It will be broadcast after the 9pm news on RTE1 and is expected to last seven minutes.
Later in the week the government will publish a medium-term economic plan aimed at balancing the budget by the end of the decade.
Ireland wil still be under Troika surveillance until it's repaid three-quarters of its European loans - in the year 2034.
