The landmark Dublin city center corner building that currently houses Meet and Meat - a deli cafe, is for sale through Knight Frank for €1.4m. The building currently produces an annual rent of €75,000.

The building is located at the junction of South William St and Wicklow St - some 100 metres off of Grafton St.

The ground floor and basement is leased to Cassidor Ltd who trade as Meet and Meat. It has use of 1,830sq ft under a 35-year lease that started in November, 2013 - at an annual rent of  €70,000.

A Vodafone antenna on the roof produces a further €5,000 per-year.

The upper floors house office space of 1,822sq ft - with independent access from Exchequer Street. These offices are currently vacant - but Cassidor has an option to rent the space at €20,000 per year.

Alternatively it could be used as residential space.
