Separate investigations by Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are underway into a workplace accident in north Dublin.

A 27 year old woman was driving a forklift loaded with scaffolding at a site in Finglas when it tipped over at around half past nine yesterday morning.

Inspectors from the HSA carried out an examination at the scene, at the Ward Industrial Park.
