The IMF has given Ireland a mixed rating in its 10th review of Ireland's performance under the bailout programme.
The report says Ireland's fiscal policy remains on track.

It also points that out positive signs are emerging with employment rising just over one per cent year on year.
However, in banking sector, over 25 per cent of loans are non-performing which is hindering new lending.
And the IMF says that economic recovery is still not well established and risks to debt sustainability remain.
