The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation into the death of a man in his 20's who died in a workplace accident in Co. Donegal yesterday.
The man has been named locally as 21 year-old Kara McCole.
The incident happened at a fish processing factory in Killybegs at around 3.30pm.

The HSA and Gardaí are investigating the incident.
