A restaurant owner was less than impressed when a reservation failed to show up at his small capacity restaurant and he took to Twitter to vent his frustrations.

JP McMahon, owner Aniar (as well as of Cava and Eat Gastro Pub) in Galway, had some choice words for the party of seven were a no-show at the restaurant that only seats 28 people.

He told the people in question to go 'f***' themselves and when a customer responded that perhaps it was karma for failing to accept their gift card, they were promptly told to go 'f*** yourself' too.

Although the incident occurred at the end of July, the restaurant owner's comments have only recently garnered attention online.

While McMahon's public griping may rattle some potential customers, it appears he does appreciate the ones who actually do show up to his restaurant:

McMahon's restaurant 'Aniar' recently celebrated the retention of its first highly-coveted Michelin Star.
